To be eligible for the three man knockout each player must have played for their respective team at least once during this season. (cannot enter for another team).

Each player plays the opposing three players, 9 singles frames in total, first to five wins, home players play same sequence, away adjust accordingly as below:-

Each team can play a named reserve player in the event of holidays etc.

Once a reserve player is used, he is the only reserve player eligible further rounds.
